Diving at Halfway Rock


SSI freediving instructors, Sam Kinsman, Julian Honma and Nick Fazah, prepare to freedive down into the dark, chilly depths of the Atlantic Ocean near Halfway Rock. The rock pinnacle, approximately half way between Boston and Gloucester Harbors, rises 30 feet above sea level and drops down to nearly 120 feet below at it’s base.
