Nemo Clownfish

Amphiprion ocellaris

A common clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris) huddles in its anenome home. Made famous by the Pixar film, Finding Nemo, these clownfish are popular with aquarists. Most aquarium clownfish these days are captive bred, this species being one of the first saltwater aquarium fishes to be bred commercially, taking pressure off of the species in its natural habitat.
