Wreck Free-Diving

Renee Blundon Free-divingHere I am free-diving at one of my favorite spots in Dar es Salaam, the shipwreck off the coast of Bongoyo Island. Such an incredible wreck to explore with shoals of shimmering pompanos, pink glassies and spotted sweetlips inside and all around. Maximum depth is 11-14 meters, depending on the tide. It’s a shallow free-dive but with so much to see, it’s ideal for going down and staying a while to truly appreciate the beauty of the sea.
