Scorpionfish

A Incognito Stonefish (devil scorpionfish) (Scorpaenopsis diabolus), photographed at the Slemmestad Wreck in Dar es Salaam. The scorpionfish is relying on its camouflage to catch passing prey and has 12 venomous spines on its dorsal fin which can inflict a painful wound if touched.
