Spearfisherman, Van Reynders, from South Africa, pole spears off the coast of Mbudya Island in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Spearfishing is illegal in most of Tanzania waters, however, pole-spearing is permitted. Many local fishermen pole-spear as well.
